Swish - Oil Pulling Oil

$15.00

  • Details
Naad introduces oil pulling oil that you can tolerate! We use organic sesame seed oil, the original oil described in the Ayurvedic texts as our main ingredient. Oil pulling is an Ayurvedic practice that can help to improve oral hygiene. It is recommended that you "pull" for 20 minutes to effectively pull bacteria and toxins from your teeth and gums. 20 minutes you say, it is true this is going to take some practice to work your way up to the recommended pulling time. We suggest doing it as long as you can and work your way up to 20 minutes a day. So, take a teaspoon of swish in your mouth, grab the dog, head out for a walk and get your SWISH on!

Note - It is recommended that you spit your swish out into a trash can rather than in the sink.
